Scope
This privacy policy applies to both the seb-it.com website and all mobile applications offered by Sebastian Peters / Seb-IT on the App Store.
Privacy Policy
Sebastian Peters / Seb-IT does not operate any servers and does not collect personal data. The apps store data exclusively on your device. Where an app uses optional Apple services such as Game Center or iCloud, communication runs directly between the app and Apple. We have neither access nor visibility.
No Tracking, No Ads
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising IDs or analytics frameworks (no Firebase, no app tracking). No profiles, no behavioral analysis, no ads, in any of our apps.
Local Data Storage
Apps like YatzySheet, TrickSheet, NutriSheet, TravelSheet, PatternCrack and The Trump Bid store game results, lists or entries exclusively on your device, typically using Apple's SwiftData or Core Data framework. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly use Apple's iCloud sync.
iCloud Sync
Some apps (e.g. YatzySheet, NutriSheet, TrickSheet, TravelSheet, PatternCrack) optionally sync their local data via your private iCloud account so you see the same state on multiple devices. Sync runs directly between the app and Apple's iCloud service. We have no access. Apple's Privacy Policy applies.
Apple Health (HealthKit)
NutriSheet can optionally write data to Apple Health (e.g. supplement intake) or read from it (e.g. workouts, weight). You must explicitly grant this access in iOS Settings and can revoke it at any time. HealthKit data stays in your Apple account. We have no access.
Game Center
Apps with online or leaderboard features (e.g. The Trump Bid, PatternCrack) use Apple's Game Center service. Apple sees your Game Center player name and the match state of the respective game. Achievements are reported directly between the app and Game Center. We operate no servers and have no access to this data. Apple's Privacy Policy applies.
Push Notifications
If you allow push notifications (e.g. for turn changes in online games or intake reminders), Apple's system sends them, not us. We do not send any of our own push messages because we do not store APNs tokens. Local notifications are triggered exclusively by your device.
Open Food Facts (NutriSheet)
When scanning a barcode in NutriSheet, the barcode is sent to the open database Open Food Facts to retrieve product information. No personal data is transmitted.
Website Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When loading the site, technically necessary connection data (IP, user agent, request path) is processed server-side by Cloudflare. There is no own tracking, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising IDs.
Your Rights
Since we do not process any personal data, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or delete. You can delete locally stored data at any time in the respective app. For data Apple processes via Game Center, iCloud or HealthKit, Apple's terms and controls apply.
